The condo is sold! Thankfully all the hard work paid off and it sold in 36 hours with 3 competing offers!!! Now we have a nice little downpayment on our first home together, in Texas. Can't wait to see what kind of renovations I will get to do there! hahaha

Wonderful job! It looks completely different! It's amazing what some paint & a new backsplash can do. Also, the new appliances make a big difference & the range-mounted microwave opens up the space so much. I'm sure it really upped the selling price of the condo. Congratulations! you should really think about renovating/staging houses on the side. =P
