New favourite quote

I noticed this on the wall in my office today...over the desk of a doctor I have great respect for...and I think it is a lovely way to describe life, and what I think about family medicine.

Incidentally- I'm not sure what is means to 'conn a ship' but I'll have to figure that out because the rest seem to be withing my scope of practice...well except for maybe the dying thing.
