...don't say nothin' at all.
Except what if you think something is really wrong, really bad, possibly hurting people? What if you think a colleague is doing a bad job. And not just a lazy job, or a half-assed job, but a BAD job. At what point do you decide to speak up and be the whistle blower? What if you are wrong? What if it comes back on you and your career? Should you stand up and tell them straight out, tell the world straight out, or should you anonymously send a tip?
It's been a bad week. I worry all the time. I'm run off my feet. And all I can think is - this is bad. This is just really bad. Is saying something being a tattle tale? or being a hero?
I feel sick to my stomach.
